Working in Paid Search since 2011, Lu loves analysing trends and turning them into actionable insights for clients - especially watching small companies grow. She brings creative ideas that make Paid Search shine. Outside work: books by fires or in the sun, hiking and the outdoors - which is handy, as her sons tend to be outside most of the time.

Chris

Chris came into marketing just as Paid Search emerged and quickly specialised, realising it was where his love of numbers, formulas and data could make a real difference. Outside work: a devoted listener of the same music he loved at 16, and a self-confessed coffee snob - a habit now essential to surviving the early years of parenting.
